Shipping and Returns
We process, pack and ship orders daily – Monday-Friday.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service from our warehouse located in Canada. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Our shipping system is coordinated and tied in with UPS World Ship so all customers will receive a UPS tracking notice with tracking number within 24 hours of their order being shipped. Customers will be able to track their order through UPS.com
Sometimes the tracking notice email does not reach the customer due to spam blockers or a wrong email address provided to us. You can request UPS tracking by sending us an email
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service. We only ship to Canada & USA (We ship only to the contiguous 48 states)." We offer expedited shipping within 3 business days. please contact us via email and state your request for expedited shipping.. We ship all orders for one low, flat rate shipping charge (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii.) .
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for providing us with your correct address. In the event that an incorrect address or incorrect postal /zip code is provided, the shipment will be delayed; furthermore there will be an additional USD$6.00 fee that will be charged to your credit card upon notification by UPS/USPS. If your package is returned to us, there will be an additional freight charge to have it delivered again. Should you refuse the package, you will be billed a restocking fee of 30% plus the freight cost.
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, then such shipments are subject to weight ,size, and content restrictions. If we cannot send your package to your APO/FPO address, we will contact you. APO/FPO shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees. If you will be charged any additional shipping, we will contact you to notify you of the fees and give you a chance to adjust your shipping address if you so desire.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas (example: Martha's Vineyard, etc.) may incur additional shipping fees. This applies to Free Shipping and regular shipping orders. If this is the case with your order, a Customer Service representative will contact you promptly to notify you of the additional charges.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Over 99% of deliveries have no external or internal damage, and are signed for without a problem. For your protection, we ask that you please inspect your packages following these guidelines:Important! You have 3 business days to call us at 1-604-372-1180 to report any damage.
If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, BBQ PARTS FACTORY cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Leaving a note is the same as signing for your products in good condition.
You may cancel any order without charge or penalty as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Any item that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and if returned, will be subject to the restock fee and shipping costs.
Return Policy:What items are returnable?
You may return All items within 30 days of receipt for a full parts refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, and have not been installed.Please follow this procedure:
Simply indicate the reason for the return.
